If you wish to return any product for any reason, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, meaning the packaging has not been altered and the product has not been used, tampered with, or opened.

For products including all supplements, dietary items, and orthopedic aids, RETURNS are NOT accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at your expense, while refunds are issued to your bank account via bank transfer. If payment was made by credit card, the amount is refunded there.
