Description
Recommended Daily Dosage:
- Children (1-3 years old): 1/2 (5ml) teaspoon a day.
- Children (4-6 years old): 1/2 teaspoon 2 times a day.
- Children (7-12 years old): 1 (10ml) teaspoon 1-2 times a day.
- Adults (men & women): 1 teaspoon 2 times a day.
- Menstruation or Pregnancy: It is recommended 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
Introductions of use:
- It is recommended to be taken after a meal.
Contraindications:
- If you are taking antacids, calcium, copper or thyroid medications, you should take the iron supplement at least 3 hours apart. Consumption of coffee and green tea should also be avoided as it may significantly reduce its absorption.
Side effects:
- The most common side effects include upset stomach, constipation or diarrhea.
Storage:
- Store the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. After the product is opened, follow the storage instructions on the packaging for its optimal preservation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
